This may cause some minor delays in obtaining searches. If you plan on scheduling a closing on a Friday, no county rundowns will be available on that date, and the request should be scheduled for the preceding day. As always, you should make sure that a recent Notice of Settlement has been filed to protect your client during any gap period.
