Matthew Cohen, Esq., and Leslie Howard, Esq., the Principals of the company, are real estate attorneys with over twenty five years experience.  Their hands-on leadership and commitment to personally overseeing every aspect of the business ensures that your experience will be smooth and flawless. Matthew A. Cohen

GENERAL COUNSEL

Mr. Cohen has practiced law in the areas of real estate transactions, probate, and land use law since 1990.  Determined to use his knowledge gained from handling thousands of residential and commercial transactions,  he built a company that could provide the best service of any title company in the State, by helping clients anticipate and solve issues quickly.  Mr. Cohen graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1990.
 

Leslie Howard, Esq.

TITLE OFFICER

Ms. Howard has practiced law in the areas of real estate transactions and environmental litigation since 1992.  She realized that part of her successful high volume practice was because of her ability to respond quickly and creatively to title issues.  She helped to create Two Rivers Title determined to ensure that Two Rivers Title clients would not face the delays that have troubled some of the larger competitors.  Ms. Howard graduated from Fordham Law School in 1992.
